Founder & Developer
I'm Mohammad, a CS student who watched a gym near me lose members every month because they tracked everything in a notebook.
The owner was great at training people. Terrible at remembering when memberships expired. Members would leave - not because they were unhappy, but because nobody reminded them to renew. The gym lost revenue it shouldn't have.
I looked at the software out there. Mindbody. Glofox. GymMaster. All $150–$300/month. All built for giant franchise chains. All absurdly complex for a 200-member independent gym.
So I built RepDesk.
Not a startup with 40 employees and a sales team. One person who saw a real problem and decided to fix it.
RepDesk is not trying to be everything. It is trying to do one job extremely well for small independent gyms: make renewals visible before revenue slips away.
I personally reply to every email. Not a bot. Not a ticket system. Me. If something is broken, I fix it fast. If you need a feature, I want to hear about it before I decide what to build next.
That's the whole story.
No contact forms. No chatbots. Just email me directly. Replies within a few hours on weekdays.
Talk to MohammadEvery feature I add has to pass one test: would a gym owner with 100 members actually use this every day? If not, it doesn't ship.
I've used products where support takes weeks. That's unacceptable when your business depends on it. I reply within hours.
$49/month. Unlimited members. No hidden fees. No per-member pricing that punishes you for growing. Your success shouldn't cost you more.
Early gyms get direct support, faster feedback loops, and a say in what ships next.
