I'm Mohammad, a CS student who watched a gym near me lose members every month because they tracked everything in a notebook.
The owner was great at training people. Terrible at remembering when memberships expired. Members would leave — not because they were unhappy, but because nobody reminded them to renew. The gym lost revenue it shouldn't have.
